As an Acting, Movement, and Solo Performance instructor, Katie has taught upward of 1000 students over 15 years in both NYC and LA, including international TV stars as well as NBA and NFL players, at colleges and conservatories. Katie was a lead Acting instructor at the New York Film Academy in NYC for 7 years, and was the first Acting faculty member to not only develop and launch the Academy’s Improvisation curriculum in the Animation and Game Design departments, but she also desgined and implemented an adult evening workshop called ‘The Comedy Program’.
Katie has also adjudicated national Dance, Musical Theatre and Acting competitions and auditions, and has been a guest speaker on the Arts around the country. She currently teaches at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, at private studios around Greater LA, and is the lead Comedy and Commercial Instructor at the American Arts Film and Television Academy.
